Follows the same path twice

Hello I have problem: I launch a cut and strangely (it’s new) the lazer follows the same line but in the opposite direction. It follows the same path twice, so I have 4 passes instead of 2 … Is there a parameter somewhere?

You likely have two sets of lines either on top of each other or very close. This often happens when doing a trace of thin lines where you’ve expected LightBurn to derive a single line but instead has traced the full outline of the thin lines. This might not be apparent without significant magnification.

Upload .lbrn file here if you can’t resolve it.

thanks for the quick answer, I made the drawing with illustator, my lines are 0,01pt.…

Magnifying at high levels reveals the 2nd line.

Either modify and remove in LightBurn or try to get a true hairline out of Illustrator. This Adobe forum talks about the issue:

[EDIT]
I noticed that a few of the shapes actually show as a single line. So perhaps those have a different stroke width. You should review as the difference might give you a clue as to how to correct.

Thanks for this info i find a solution : from illustrator export in DXF (autocad exchange format)No double ligne!

That’s good. Have you also tried exporting as SVG to see if that works? Going to DXF can introduce its own problems.
