I purchased a foxalien masuter 3s and it worked fine for a couple weeks and then it started crashing into walls and going opposite direction from jog command and is showing negative coordinates i went through every troubleshoot step and nothing worked I contacted Amazon they sent a replacement and the new one is doing exactly the same thing right out of the box none of the troubleshooting steps will help and I dont know what else to do, I am using lightburn with the laser for the masuter 3s and it was working fine with ligh t burn trial then as it expired i purchased the full sortware and it started crashing in to walls not homing properly going opposite directions than it should have and show positions in negative numbers…is it the software?
If the coordinates are showing as negative when you use ‘Get Position’ from the Move Window, then it’s quite likely that you will need to enable “CNC Machine” in device settings, and set the device Origin to the rear-right as shown here:
If you have any further issues, please answer these questions:
-Which corner does the machine home to?:
-While at the home position - what coordinates show when you go to the Move Window and click on ‘Get Position’?
-Use the jogging buttons in the Move Window to jog just slightly away from the home corner in both axes (about 50mm) and ‘Get Position’ - what are the new X and Y values?
Which arrow buttons did you use to jog away from the home corner? -were the movements in the expected direction?
