I had been running free trial version and today purchased it. I activated an logged in. Now I have lost the ability to use the Frame Button. It is gray and won’t work. please help
Hi Scott, new to this myself, probably fixed it now but project must be selected first, and is it connected.
When you ask questions they like to know as much as possible,
type of machine, what windows version etc…more likely to get answered sooner the more info they have…
If you have an empty project, OR you have “Cut selected graphics” enabled, but don’t have anything selected, the frame button will be grayed out.
