I am running lightburn in windows, when I press the frame button it does not completely frame the object it stops part ways until I push the button again and then it goes a little farther. it does not affect the position of the artwork it just does not frame completely when I switch over to my windows program in frames perfectly and completely
Often times, problems like this are attributed to a weak USB cable.
