Just received a Monport GM 60W MOPA. The red frame does not function when using Lightburn Ver 1.7.08 or the pre-release version.
It does function properly when using the provided software from Monport (BslAppSimple). But I prefer Lightburn as this is what I use on my other lasers.
Might have to tweak your device settings… This is the only place I that directly affects the framing led. Some devices may have it wired up differently.
Maybe @Albroswift has some kind of suggestion. If it works with the supplied software, it must need to be enabled in the Lightburn Software.
In some instances I’ve seen them use a different fiber type (source).
