Frame selected doesn't seem to work properly

Hello, after updating to 1.4.03 I’ve noticed that the circular Frame no longer frames the selection only, it frames all the items in the work area, without regard to what has been selected.
I’m using Absolute coords.
Additionally, Simulated doesn’t seem to work as well. Im attaching screenshots where I’ve selected 3 texts, however it simulates the whole artboard.

Show your laser window. Did you enable “cut selected graphics only”?

I have toggled it in the past versions and forgot it was even an option, even though it’s in plain view.
