Framing and location alignment off

I’m newer to laser engraving, I was having great success and last night my “alignment” seems to be off. Where I have my blank on my surface is not where the laser is wanting to engrave or frame. It’s maybe 1-2 inches off. I have a camera and it’s fully calibrated, so I know exactly where my blank is and it’s still not engraving to the size to location I have in LightBurn. Any idea why this is happening?

If your project is not aligned correctly, then the camera is NOT fully calibrated. I suggest going through the calibration process again. Be aware that the calibration has to take place at the specific height of the workpiece. No change in height is allowed. Maybe show a screenshot for more detailed analysis.

Even if I disconnect the camera and don’t use it, it’s still framing and wanting to engrave wider than the design

Ah, ok. Then you have a more basic problem. The camera alignment will be off then as well, but you need to first adjust the mechanics properly.

Engrave a square of size 100x100mm and measure the result. What do you get?
Additionally, go to the console window, enter $$ and hit return. The laser will answer with a list of values. Copy that list and post it here.

I’ve got the over framing situation figured out, but I’m still having an issue with alignment I did there 100 X 100 square and it measures 99.82mm X 99.82 if I’m using a basic shape the alignment isn’t super off, but if its an image it’s shifted pretty drastically and the lines of the image look wobbly/ not sharp. uploaded is an image of the settings as requested
thank you!
