Framing and Starting jobs: The laser would only move in a 1" by 1/2" square

I bought a digital file on Etsy, that was formatted for Glowforge. I divided the file into 4 parts, I successfully cut 2 parts before the Framing and Starting jobs started acting up. The Framing and Starting jobs will only move slowly 1" by 1/2" square.

Any errors in console when machine stops?
