This is the first time with this issue and the forum. I have completed the file and when i press start on the Fiber laser, it opens the live framing and starts framing the image. i then press start and it continues framing. the laser wont fire up.
All layers set to Output?
I didn’t think it would frame with no output…?
What would it frame?
I think it would if only the Tool Layer was set for Output.
I am just suggesting what happened to me once. 
The is no output option with a tool layer.
You are right. I should have said Frame.
