Framing different than laser path w Xtool d1 pro 20w & Camera

Using Xtool d1 pro 20W and Geeks At Large camera. I’ve been lasering for a few years and have only used Lightburn.
LB ver 1.7.04 and xtool d1 pro firmware V40.31.006.01 B2 .Running on Win10 64x
I’ve calibrated the camera to the bed many, many times with no issue. I don’t use the red cross, switched to laser dot in Xtools software & offset x-16mm in LB. I did a fresh complete recalibrate and was spot on. After recal, tested frame to laser and it was way off by ~16-18mm. Testing found:When I set (in XCS) laser to red cross, no offset in LB= Will frame corectly to where camera is aligned, but will “print” ~18mm to the RIGHT. - I changed red cross to laser point in XCS, then enabled offset to x-16mm. = Will FRAME ~18mm to the RIGHT but will “print” exactly where LB shows the frame to be on bed. I did a frame/print comparison in XCS, and it was fine- printed where it framed. Figured it must be in LB then.
The ONLY way I can get it to “print”/laser where the frame is in LB (using the laser point as reference, NOT the red cross), is to set the XShift to -16mm & turn OFF the “pointer offset” in Device Settings. I’m pretty sure it’s not my camera calibration/alignment, as I recalibrated ~ 8-10 times the past few days, & have prev done it dozens of times.
Thanks

Did you make the calibration with the offset enabled? ( I didn´t tested it just a wild guess)
