Using Lightburn with Xtool D1 Pro since March 2023 (?) - updated with v2.0.05 currently.
The ALT-R hotkey for framing, as well as ALT-SHIFT-R for rubber band framing isn’t picking up through keyboard; found while trying to set up Stream Deck with new desktop. Using the mouse to do the frame options works as it should- even lists the hotkey combo while hovering.
Running LB as administrator and verified key combo is listed in Prefs; using the wired keyboard itself does not trigger framing, although other hotkeys do work. Removed Stream Deck from system and disabled the High DPI display option, restarted, reset hotkeys to default, etc… no improvement.
Windows has several “accessibility” features that snatch various key combinations out of the bitstream:
Most involve the Win key, but a fair number use plain old keystrokes.
I’ve inadvertently enabled various magic by pausing too long with a finger on a key, then devoted a few minutes to figuring out how to turn off whatever just happened.
Perhaps something like that is going on in your system.
I found that Windows 11 uses the WIN+ALT+R combo for starting/stopping the screen recording function. Not sure if that is the entire issue, but a different combo worked.
However- I found that, in making the alternate key combo for rubber-band framing, it fires the laser via the keyboard, whereas clicking the panel button does not.
