Lightburn worked after I downloaded it then something happened, I can not burn anything, when I push FRAM it states ALARM 2 and MSG; Reset to continue but that does not work. After I reset it then the FIRE laser does not work can’t move the laser, I have to get out of Lightburn then start it again for the laser to move again but still can’ engrave anything. Any suggestions. Then it always shows Waiting for Connection,
