I’m still going for full laser performance
It looks like you need to enable overscan, and probably set it higher than the default. The dark sides on those squares will improve.

Double click an entry in the cut layer list at the top right. There’s a toggle called “Overscanning” - Enable that, and try 5% to start. You may need as high as 20%. https://github.com/LightBurnSoftware/Documentation/blob/master/Operations.md#scan
