Fusion 360 DXF won't show all lines in LB

I am using LB 1.5.01 and bringing in a simple DXF file from Fusion 360. Not all of the lines are showing. The https://a360.co/4bJEB7t is the file link. It shows a few lines as well as some random ones. What would I need to change to register the lines?

It’s probably because it’s a 3D DXF.

When transferring a design from Fusion to LB I usually create a drawing from the model than export it as a PDF or a DXF. An alternative way would be to be to create a new sketch in the Fusion ‘Design’ space, project the required profile then export the sketch as a DXF…

EDIT:
It’s also good practice to ensure there are no yellow or red entries in the timeline as it can cause all sorts of trouble down the line!

EDIT#2:
I’m guesssing you’re looking for something like this?

Yep that would most likely be the problem. Thank you. I just now have to figure out the work flow on doing it through the drawing. Thank you

If you don’t want to go via a 2D drawing you can use the second method I mentioned.

  1. Select the top face (or any plane that’s parallel to the face you’re projecting).

  2. Create New Sketch

  3. Select ‘Project’ from the 'Create’Menu

  4. Select the top face and make sure you have ‘Specified entities’ selected in the dialogue.

  5. Finish sketch

  6. Right-click the sketch and select ‘Save as DXF’.

  7. Save it somewhere convenient.

Hope this helps.

Never have seen that! Awesome… I will try that for sure.
Thank You

If you want to know how to do it going via a drawing…

  1. Create new drawing from Design.

  2. Set your drawing parameters according to your requirements making sure you select 1:1 for the scale, ‘Visible Edges’ and appropriate orientation.

  3. Export sheet as DXF or PDF.

  4. Import into LB.
