Sorry to create a new topic, i have read through old ones with same issues but still cannot solve the problem. this only happens when i create large projects, im using the ortur laser master 2 pro, i get the above error. I’m presuming that it thinks its bigger than the machine is possible to do.
Correct.
Did you read the resolutions as well? If you have something outside the bed in the design or it will move the laser head outside a given boundary you will get that error. There are literally lots of reasons to get that error. Try all the resolutions.
Post a screenshot and tell us what is you working size and what is the dimension of your job
Yes as far as I know I have tried all suggestions from the feeds.
And the head does indeed start at the absolute coordinates on the bottom left?
Try this
$#
In console
Do you see G59 G92 values showing anything other than X0 Y0
If so type
$RST=*
Press enter
Then press reset on the motherboard → pwoer on again
