Galvo calibration erratic

I’m having some trouble with the galvo calibration routine. I’m trying to get my Gweike G2 Max 50w squared up but the calibration seems wonky. I created the device using the BslCAD.cfg file from Glaser and then manually input the additional device settings Gweike supplied in a Lightburn screenshot:

The lens is a 210mm focal length (as written on the lens) and the working area is 150 x 150mm. I start the wizard and these are the default parameters:

I should expect a 130 x 130mm frame in the next step, right? What I get is a 110 x 110mm frame in the lower left quadrant. Use your imagination for the left side of the framing. My phone didn’t take a long enough exposure.

When I run the job, however, I get a 110 x 110mm square centered in the working area. Right spot, but wrong size.

Continuing where I can post one more embedded image…

Square measurements are expecting 65mm, but mine are all around 48, and when I save the calibration, it’s way different from what I was supplied. When I frame a 145mm box, as expected, it measures 160mm on the plate.

So I’m sort of mystified here. Did I jack up a setting somewhere? Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
