I’m experiencing scaling issues with our galvo fiber system. I’ve tried using the markcfg7 file provided with the machine for the selected lens, and I also attempted creating a custom .cor file, but both give the same result.
The machine is properly focused, but I’m unable to achieve accurate engraves regardless of adjustments.
Do you have any suggestions on how to resolve this?

Some software allows a larger grid, at least more measurement points, but it’s usually proprietary and not available to most.
My only suggestion is contact your vendor and ask for their help. In the end, they sold it to you for whatever job you’re doing and they would be the best ones to ask.
How did you create the custom cor file?
Run 9 point correction, then scale, then check corner to corner and manually adjust skew.
If it is just scaling issues, should be able to fine tune just using the scale utility.
