I know this has been asked, and I have followed all the advice, uninstalled all lasers, reinstalled lasers and drivers from disk. I’ve updated my windows to the current update, reconfirmed my Lightburn license status, and yes I am on Pro.
Now, when I open Lightburn it defaults to my Atomstack diode laser and in the console tab I can see that it is trying to connect. No problem here. But when I select my G2 Pro Fiber laser or my OMG-50 w fiber laser the console tab disappears. I have to go back to window tab and select console again. This time however it is greyed out. And when I click on any other tab the console tab disappears again. I have included screen shots, hopefully, to show this. I’ve also deleted lightburn 3 times and restated my computer twice. Hopefully, someone has an idea here.
