Galvo problem - Error Encountered - Disconnected

I’ve been using lightburn for years with my CO2 Ruida lasers but now i’ve just paid for the Galvo option so i can use it with my 50W Fiber but i’ve run into a problem.

The “Find my device” seems to work fine, i import the ezcad2 file successfully and create the name and work area. When i select the device, it instantly says “Framing” and down the bottom, the status says “Error Encountered - Disconnected”.

I have tried reinstalling a few different versions.
I have tried removing all device drivers and re-installing the lightburn galvo driver
I have tried disconnecting/reconnecting/rebooting both the PC and the laser
I have tried re-creating the device
I don’t know what to try next other than ask for a refund.

I have enabled debug logging, here is a snippet:

You might need to do the zadig driver swap. Check this article out.

Thanks for the suggestion. I just tried Zadig but there was no difference.

Bump, any ideas?
