I’ve searched for ahwile and cannot find a solution. I had to get a new controller after a driver melted. The new controller slows the laser down to burn. No white space scanning enabled. $32=1. Ive tried acceleration between 25mm/m and 50. Speed doesnt seem to impact it. Tweaked the drivers to match the current rating of the motors. Lightburn and LaserGRBL produce the same results. Ive typed out my settings and attached a video.
not knowing exactly your controller, or your frame
i would imagine your values of 110-112 and specially accelerations 120-122 are very very low
Unless your frame is really weak you should be able to raise acceperations by and couple orders of magnitude.
again not knowing your machine, so you might need to tinker
Try something like
$110=9000.000
$111=9000.000
$112=1200.000
$120=2200.000
$121=1800.000
$122=2500.000
Also your Steps per mm 100-101 are a little weird 161 for any particular reason?
Did you run the step calibration?
The Controler is an cheap Annoy Tools 32 but Arm running 1.1f. Ive tried up to 100mm/s but it slows significantly each time it goes to burn an image. It doesnt do the same for vectors. Ive tried all of the image formats. Thank you.
Well, the good news is that seems to have fixed the issue with the gantry/diode laser head slowing down to burn. So thank you. Now the issue seems to be it doesnt slow down enough tk change directions. The whole table rocks on direction change. Guess ill have to fasten the gantry to the table somehow.
