Gaps while engraving on rotary with Galvo fiber

I am about 6 months into Lightburn and am trying to engrave photos and images on powder coated tumblers and dog dishes.

I have calibrated the steps and that works perfectly but I am getting gaps in my image as if it is spacing segments somehow. I have watched many videos and must still be missing something. I hope someone can point me in the right direction.

I routinely do images and photos on my Epilog CO2 but this is stumping me.

I have Haotian 50 watt Galvo Fiber

looks like your object diameter may be off. What rotary are you using ? Have you tried a smaller split size and a small overlap

Thanks Jeremy, I have a Rotoboss Talon Pro. I have been working on the split and overlap. Last photo shows results with 2mm split and 0 overlap.

Hello, Jeff
It would help if you posted a screen shot of the rotary setup screen and the rotary framing screen, BUT if you have got your rotary making the 1 complete rotation when you hit test,
it looks like the rotary is rotating backwards. Please post an image of the rotary setup screen, and the artwork. Also, the direction of your lines indicate your rotary is rotating in the X direction, Is that correct? Axis would be pointing towards the tower? Otherwise the line direction should be zero, not 90.

The lines should always line up with the rotational axis.
