I just received my Genmitsu LE5040 from Sainsmart. I loaded up Lightburn (awesome software!) and started playing around. At the end of my first afternoon, I was able to engrave some serving boards for customers.
My only issue, is that I have to slow the speed/power down in order to get a clean engraving. If I do not, I lose the outside edges on a fill. To get a clean engraving I set the fill+line to 1100mm/min and the power to 40%.
Is there something I can do to speed this up?
