Getting timed out while trying to calibrate camera

windows 7 while trying to calibrate lens push capture button and a window comes up operation timed out in strange way push ok and light burn shuts down

If your desktop is Windows 7, you might need to install the UVC driver bundle. It’s standard on Win8 and later, but an add-on for Win7.
