My 40W Diode Laser is starting to make pulsing visible lines in letters. If you look at the bottom of the Letter A you will see this. It should be straight across. Also if you look at the C there are visible deep lines as well.
Any suggestions?

With the machine powered off, try gently moving the X-axis by hand, does it feel smooth with uniform resistance and without any kind of vibration?
Ripples like that can sometimes be caused if the belt tension is too tight.
I will look into that. Thank you.
Turns out it was the Whitespace Scan.
That’s interesting, do you recall what the speeds were? I tried to replicate with a whitespace speed twice the engraving speed on my diode laser and wasn’t able to get the same result, but I have seen “speed wobbles” before on rapid acceleration/deceleration.
Looking at some images of the Eleksmaker it seems that the gantry is high and the X-axis motor rides with the laser module? - which is also looks like it sits higher and further away from the material so has a longer focus distance. Not sure if that is the case with your machine? - but I can imagine that those build characteristics might be more likely to contribute towards the effect?
It would be interesting to see what the result would be if you set the speed of the engraving to the former speed of the fast whitespace scan (with the fast whitespace scan still disabled). Certain speeds may produce more resonance/vibration in the gantry and laser module than others.
