Got a new computer and installed lightburn but laser doesn't ready my files

I don’t have any images to show , i install lightburn in my new desktop. When i save the files to a USB

in my omtech laser says no files. My old computer didn’t have a problem. I installed lightburn in my new computer

This likely has nothing to do with LightBurn and more to do with the USB flash drive or how the files were stored.

Can you confirm that you can see the files on the USB drive on your computer? Please take a screenshot.
