Got the camera to compleate 2 of the 3 steps of the camera config. as i go to burn the alingment points it gives me the eror of (machine is busy)

In LightBurn, open the Console window and confirm the laser engraver is connected.

The error message you’re seeing can stem from a disconnected device.

the usb is connected as shown in screen shot, lightburn does not seam as it can see it

Windows is saying it should be COM9. Is that also a choice or is COM11 your only selection?

If it is, you have something else dominating the USB port.

got it to run all 3 steps after getting it onto com 9 thanks all your help, never would have thought of that
