I have a Technifor TD412 30w fiber laser.
It works with a RS232 cable, software T700W
I wan’t to use Lightburn to control the laser, IS it possible ?

Read this guide first.
After you could try Lightburn trial free for 30 days, with all devices type enabled.
I’d suspect this is a proprietary hard/software package… so I’d say no…
Not many things are connected via rs232 anymore.
I used to use that interface for the 134.5 baud Selectric terminal I’d drag home now and then. 
If it’s possible and you feel comfortable changing the board, watch the following video.
