Bonjour à toute la communauté, je souhaite faire des gravures sur des feuilles d’arbre de cannelier, avec un petit laser 10w sculpfun ice pro, Avez vous déjà fait ce genre de gravure? Avez vous un point de départ pour le paramétrage du laser? vitesse et puissance afin de faire des test et ne pas gaspiller trop de feuilles. D’avance merci pour vos suggestions
Hello everyone in the community. I’d like to engrave cinnamon tree leaves using a small 10W Sculpfun iCube Pro laser. Have any of you tried this kind of engraving before? Could you suggest some starting settings—speed and power—so I can run tests without wasting too many leaves? Thanks in advance for your suggestions.
I have not seen any mention of this in any posting. I have seen where some foods were attempted, but no leaves.
Instead ot wasting a lot of leaves, try doing multiple line engravings (squares or circles) on one leaf to get an idea of what power and speed setings work. If a leaf is green, then [1] it may need more power than expected (compared to wood) and [2] the leaves contain moisture that will impact the results.
I have a 10w diode, but I have no idea what will work. I suggest start out using 1000mm/m, 15% power, and 1 pass. You also did not say if it was a line engraving or an image. If an image, I would use one of the dot type modes, like Newsprint or Halftone.
You are the pioneer here, so test, test, test, and then start a new Thread. I did this for engraving stones ( Fried some rocks! ) and the activity went crazy! Be adventureous, start a new fad.

you say laser , but you have , have picked mill mage which is cnc to ask question , change your category to lightburn where you will get more assistance ,
