Hi
Can someone please send me the response from a GRBL controller to the ? command. This requests the current head position from the controller (Get Position).
I have a Snapmaker A350, but Snapmaker 1) does not understand the ? command and 2) if you give the Snapmaker equivalent of the Get Position command, the response is not understood by Lightburn.
There seems to be variations on the GRBL response to the ? command and I would like to get an example of a response that does update the position in the Move tab when you press the Get Position button.
I am looking into a way to match the two systems, but needs a working example of the GRBL response to the ? command.
Any help will be appreciated.

Hi.
I wrote a program to change the ? (Get Position) command to M114 which is the Snapmaker get position command and convert the Snapmaker returned string into <Idle|MPos:50.000,30.000,0.000|FS:0,0> but Lightburn does not update the position on the Move tab when I press Get Position.
I suspect the string is not complete, but I need to know what Lightburn accepts as a valid string.

Hi.
By enabling Machine coordinates in the device settings, Get Position works correctly, but then the Go button to go to a specific coordinate as well as the Saved Positions does not work.
Tracing the output strings with these commands, it sends the G53 command before the G1 command which is correct, but there is no space between the commands. As below.
G53G1 X170 Y150 F6000
If I disable the Machine coordinates in the Device Settings, the Go and saved positions work correctly.
G1 X170 Y150 F6000 S0
