Green Cast Polarlite or other eco friendly materials

Hi all,
I make name tags for a large ski resort and I am looking for alternative options to what we are currently using two-ply Microsurfaced impact modified acrylic from B.F. Plastics.
I found a 100% recycled and recyclable acrylic called Green Cast Polarlite and was wondering if anyone had any experience with this.
I would also love other suggestions if anyone has them.

Wood is a great choice and is a renewable resource

AFAICT, the Polarlite is a uniform sheet, which means it will not engrave with the high contrast of the two-layer material; in the sample images, the legends look printed rather than engraved.

I’ve used Trolase to good effect, but it’s probably about the same as what you’re using now.

Some manufacturers are happy to send over a test sample with the hopes of getting a larger material order - it’s always been worth the effort to send a quick email seeing if they’re willing to send you a small piece for this purpose.
