I called into our local sign makers to see if they had any black perspex, as I wanted to make a piece of wall art to go on the wall in my garden. They offered me a piece 4’ x 3’ which had been lying around for a while for just £20.00. The Green Man is 650mm in diameter.

That’s a striking effect, using negative space and the strong darkness of the acrylic. I like this. Thanks for sharing.
You should check out Materials – Kitronik Ltd who are a UK based material supplier with a wide range of acrylics and other laserables.
Their prices seem very reasonable, but their delivery cost to where I live (Isle of Man) no longer makes it worth buying from them.
