Any suggestions on how to get the grid and cross hairs to align?
Is there a particular reason you’re trying to get these aligned?
The center cross will adhere to the geometric center of the defined work area. In order for this to coincide with a set of grid lines would require that your grid spacing and work area result in an even division at the center point.
Changing work area is likely impractical but can be done in Edit->Device Settings. Grid spacing can be changed in Edit->Settings.
