Hello,
I was wondering if is possible to select e group (lines, shapes…) that contain different layers ( Mode: line, fill, offset fill) with different settings (power, speed) and then declare this group as no OUTPUT.
thanks

No. I don’t believe there’s anything like that.
Is there something you’re trying to achieve? Perhaps there’s an alternative way of getting there.
Example;
I create a project_.lbrn2, in this file i have:
*) one front design of medal with logo.
*) many different text of the back side of the medal.
So i first cut and engrave the front then i turn the medal on the back side, and engrave some text on the back side.
i hope is clear.
there is an option that you only burn selected items. that should work for you. I am away from my lightburn computer but If I remember correctly it is on the laser tab.
@jaames.myatt’s suggestion could work for you. So instead of choosing what you don’t want, you would choose only those items you want to burn.
Another possible solution could be to move the non-burning parts outside of the workspace. This should work as long as you enable “Ignore out-of-bounds shapes if possible” in Edit->Settings.
berainlb, thanks, i did not know about that option, I’m new to LightBurn.
If i may give a suggestion i think will look more clean and intuitive if you select your shapes and:
→ right click [Don’t send to Laser] / [Send to Laser]

james.myatt, thanks.
hello, by the way, i tried to uncheck Ignore out-of-bounds shapes if possible” but in my case is not working, the machine is traying to cut those shape out of the bound.
You need to have it checked, not unchecked, for the shapes to be ignored.
