I need to update my license. I successfully put the update in the cart, but they won’t let me check out without logging in, but they won’t accept my password, but they won’t let me reset it either. Sorry to put this in forum, but at least the forum accepts my password!!
I wish if they were going to constantly break stuff that they’d have some synchronous way to get help to fix it. I need to engrave today, not whenever they feel like helping.
The forum, web store, and license management server all have separate logins (unfortunately)
If you’re unable to get a password reset fromt the web store, potentially you may not have set up a web store account in the past. Try setting up a new one with your intended email address, and let us know how that goes.
That was it, but bad page design. The domain was www.lightburnsoftware.com, making me think it was the login to the main page, AND when I typed in my email, it said that it would send a reset link to the email, further confirming that the account existed. In any case, thank you for your help, that fixed the issue.
