Gummi (Rubber) Lasern

Hi All,

ich versuche jetzt seit Tagen eine spezielle Gummidichtung zu Lasern, leider nur mit mässigem Erfolg…
Das Dichtungsgummi ist schwarz, etwa 3mm dick, ich schaffe die ersten 2mm, aber das wars dann…?!?
Ich habe mit Geschwindigkeit, Wiederholungen, Laserstärke, etc. alles probiert, ich komme einfach nicht durch… :frowning:

Hat einer von euch da einen Tipp, Trick für mich, was auch immer… :wink:

I’ve been trying to laser cut a special rubber seal for days now, unfortunately with only moderate success…
The rubber seal is black, about 3mm thick, I manage the first 2mm, but that’s it…???
I’ve tried everything with speed, repetitions, laser power, etc., I just can’t get through… :frowning:

Do any of you have a tip, trick for me, whatever… :wink:

You can try setting your focus 1.5mm below the material surface. At2mm, you are 2mm out of focus. Setting the focus down 1,5mm means you will be only 1.5mm out of focus at the most.
