after three days I turned on my “Two Trees TTS-20 Pro”, it won’t return to the home position and the console in LightBurn keeps writing this:

Two Trees Support did not respond even after two days. I’m disappointed. Is there anyone who has the same machine and would provide the files that are on the machine’s SD card? My card is unreadable. Or anyone who has the firmware available for this machine?
There is no firmware download on the TwoTrees official website.

Triple checked your Power Adapter?

Depending on your USB power output you might be having a voltage restart isse going on there.

The adapter lights up, the machine turns on with the switch. LB immediately starts trying to connect and prints the specified error.
There is the same post here on the forum, but it is closed, it should be a damaged firmware and a new firmware needs to be flashed.

If that were to be the case using the firmwre updat tool could help

I write in the post, there is no downloadable firmware on their website, unfortunately.

MKSLaserTool is a firmware upgrade/flash tool. But to be able to do that, you have to have the firmware. And I don’t have that one. And there is nowhere to download it.

It’s stupid not being able to message the user from the above thread, he received new firmware from TT. Maybe he would share it. I’ve been waiting for almost 3 days and no response from TT :frowning:

To @CatJ, I have the same problem with the TTS-20Pro as you did. Support TT does not respond to email or chat for two days. Could you please send me the firmware they sent you? To email inzerce@gmail.com. Big thanks!

Two Trees finally replied to my email and sent me the firmware, the .BIN file, if anyone needs it, they can download it here:
