Gweike Cloud 50w stops mid job

Hi Everyone.
Laser newbies, but we are a small sign shop & also run printers & cutters.
I’m grateful for any ideas & help in solving this problem.

Gweike Cloud 50w CO2, RUIDA 644XG controller, long powered USB connections, Win11

Our Gweike CO2 laser head stops moving in the X-axis on big jobs. This happens very inconsistently, sometimes months go in between. In the past it has happened in the beginning of a job & we have been able to continue the job by tapping the coloured Gweike button.

Today’s job 455x284mm, tapping the button didn’t work, the head went back a couple mm to the left & stopped at the same place every time it went to the right. It sounds really bad like a crash, but when the power is turned off the head moves freely in all directions. I’ve checked for anything loose, but found nothing.
The job is sent from Lightburn & received by the laser.

Could it be in the job parameters sent?
How do I get fault finding code from Lightburn?
