Hi everyone,
I’m having a recurring problem with my Gweike Cloud Laser Cutter & Engraver with Rotary CO₂ (50W) Pro II — during engraving or cutting jobs, it keeps pausing by itself, as if someone were pressing the Start/Pause button. I have to press the button repeatedly throughout the job to get it to continue.
I’ll attach a video showing exactly what happens.
I’ve tried:
- Running jobs via USB with LightBurn,
- Running offline via USB with the Gweike Cloud software,
- And running online via Wi-Fi through the Gweike Cloud web app —
but the issue is the same every time.
Has anyone experienced this before or knows what could cause it?
Could it be a firmware, hardware, or connection problem (e.g. grounding, static, or USB interference)?
