Hello i recently had to reset my computer due to a major file corruption. I was unable to copy my lightburn key down before the reset. I have tried to use the recover key license portal but it doesn’t recognize any of the emails i have, and i cannot find an email for the software in my inbox. Do you have any other way to help me retrieve it?

They send your key to the email provided when you registered the software…
It should be in your email… most people don’t loose their email when the pc fails or a reinstall…
I search google mail with “lightburn key” and it shows up as the first entry…
If you can’t find it, you will have to get assistance from support as @MikeyH suggests.
