I am new to the laser and LightBurn world, and I have had a lot of teething issues. The biggest now being that some letters of my design are distorted. I have attached photos.
I am not sure if it is due to the settings that I have selected in LightBurn? Or is it an issue with my machine? I have contacted Gweike support and they have said that the settings look fine, and it is at the point where they have told me to download another version of LightBurn to see if it helps (to still be tested as I am away). I’m just not sure that this would fix the issue. My thought is that it might be due to the settings.
I would appreciate any help at all. Thanks in advance!
