I keep checking the cables and they feel incredibly snug. Appreciate all of the help. Ordered new limit switches to rule it out. Only $15.

Well I think we have it all figured out! I replaced the xTool D1 Pro limit switch cables with ones from Geeks at Large and I’ve run two, 5 hour projects since without a hiccup - never tripped the hard limit! I guess the wires that came with the xtool were wearing out, or went bad? No matter how many times I checked the snugness on those, it would trigger the hard limit. Hopefully no more.
