Currently our company is developing our own laser machine control card using stm32. So does the software allow that?
Hi!
Which firmware are you planning to run?
If you want some compatibility view, from a manufacturers view point best to reach through support.

This is always a bad idea if you want it to be usable with standard software. There are ST32 boards with firmware that work fine with lasers and cnc machines that are either open source or have firmware.
All a custom boards means is you have to write software for it (user) or you change the standards that software such as Lightburn uses.
It’s much like rolling your own encryption, it will have bugs, use one that’s available and tested.
You misunderstood me, we still use your standard, newsletter frame, but when we plug our device into your software, our company’s motherboard name will appear on your software. Do you support this service?
I’m not a Lightburn developer and you’d have to address them to get more accurate information.
You don’t plug into our software…
When you plug into a pc, you’re plugging into the OS of the computer. How it handles usb can vary along with the name associated with the usb connection. Lightburn doesn’t directly use any of the names defined by the os or by the cards usb identifier.
When you create a device in Lightburn, that’s where the name association occurs.
