It could look like a License problem of your LightBurn program, where did you buy it?
Is this new machine, new problem?
Happen suddenly?

OK, so if you’ve picked it up from the official LightBurn page this shouldn’t be a problem, nor with a trail version, so it must be something else.
LaserGRBL works fine with laser, so i suppose laser is fine
Can LB find your laser automatically and is the laser set up automatically or manually?
If you have ever installed a non-official version of LightBurn you may have some cleaning up to do to get things working correctly. If that’s the case I’d suggest a thorough review and removal of all previously installed components and then a fresh install of LightBurn trial directly from the official site.
