OK, if I understand correctly I can add Fiber laser support to my CO2 key for $90.
What I need to know is 1. Is it the same lightburn that will run both? Like can I use the same computer for both lasers?
If I need/want to use it on another computer (would be 3 seats for me) does the upgrade add a seat?
(I already use it on 2 computers, one in office to design and 1 in shop hooked to laser).

As far as I know they are the same… But it would have to be confirmed by someone who knows better than I…
The license is only good for two computers, but if you are nice and send a note to support explaining what you are doing… they will probably grace you with three machines…

Yes, it is the exact same LightBurn program. Adding the Galvo license just adds the ability for it to connect to the JCCZ Galvo controllers. You could run a galvo and numerous CO2 machines off of the same computer if you have enough ports, Ethernet connections, etc.
Adding Galvo support does not add another seat. The license by default comes with two seats. If you e-mail support@lightburnsoftware.com and ask nicely, they will add a 3rd seat for free, outlined here:
Yep! It’s basically an add-on to your existing license/software.
Yep! It will add it to your license key, which holds your ‘seats’ below it, so it the upgrades will work on all your seats.
By default you get 2 seats with your license key, but we will give you a third upon a kindly request. If you haven’t yet requested it, swing an email to support@lightburnsoftware.com.
