Have you ever encountered a situation where you can't take screenshots and screen recordings in lightburn?

I want to record a tutorial. After I record it, I find that the click on the menu bar is blank and I can only see my mouse moving.

What software are you using to do this? I’ve never had an issue with Snipping Tool or the older PrtScr feature.
