Having issues with camera alignment

Hi all,

I’ve got an OMTech 55 with a Ruida controller and am running the latest Lightburn. I’ve got a Lightburn camera connected via USB and I’ve gone through the Calibrate Camera Lens wizard with good results. I went to align the camera and went through the process (using a piece of cardboard for the material.

I zoom in nice and close and double click dead center in the 1, 2, 3, and 4 circle targets. And then I tried a test on that same sheet. I drew a 4mm square with the right edge aligned with the center of the #1 target and about 2mm below.

This is where the square draws, closer to 8-9 mm below.

Any thoughts on what I’m doing wrong here?

I just did another test and put a 10mm box exactly 4mm under the other three targets. They were all 10.76 mm underneath, about the same distance as the first. I was thinking that maybe stuff wasn’t aligned at the top end of the table, but it seems to be equally misaligned over the whole thing.
