just upgraded to 1.0 laser not coming on ortur laser master 2 20watt did I ndo something wrong?
Hard to tell with just this info. What are you trying to do to turn on the laser? Run a job, ‘Fire’ button, etc? Is it just the beam that’s not powering up, or is it not moving? Any other details you can give?
We’ve just released a patch (1.0.01) that fixes a number of issues, but I’m not aware of anything affecting the Ortur.

Try downloading the patch release and let me know if it’s still happening. If it is, go to Help > Generate Support Data and paste the result here.
