Having problem extending free trail have reach out to light burn for some reason they got back to me I did what they told me what they have not got back then I have work to do with laser I cant do nothing now

The LightBurn Trials are meant to test compatibility, learn the software and experiment prior to purchase. They are not meant to “work”.
LightBurn Trial, and its extensions are quite generous, so if you reached to Support and no extension was given is probably becauase you already extended the trial to its max.

I have email support they sent me something to try I did that
and email then back but still have not heard back from them it been over an day seen i email them
Today is Saturday. It’s not unusual for a business to not respond to a late Friday request until Monday.
If you have been doing “work”, why not just go ahead and buy the License? You have already established Lightburn is controlling your machine and you no longer need a trial.
The trial was extended many times , and has 70 days for expiration.
You should not have to extend the trials.
Stop trying to game the system.
