I recently purchased the Atomstack A5 Pro and am using Lightburn software and am having trouble getting it to cut through 3mm plywood. I have used the material test and even at 60mm/m speed and 100% power it will not cut. I have tried changing the s-Value Max from 255 to 1000 and that looks like it increased the burn, but still didn’t cut through.
In console can you type in $$ then enter and paste output here?
Have you checked to make sure your lens is clean and that it is at the correct distance away from the wood for a cut?
