Hi Mikey, when I was just started to cut I got Alarm 3? How do I fix this? I spell it wrong.
Adarm 3.gc (321 Bytes)

Alarm 3 is an emergency stop condition. Maybe you hit the EStop button or hit a limit switch.

Sending the GCode (.gc) is only useful when trying to diagnose a specific problem in the program. Otherwise, it is not of much use. Uploading the Lightburn (.lbrn2) file gives us a lot more information.

I looked at your GCode file.

  1. You are on version 1.3.oo Lightburn. There have been a LOT of improvements and features since that version. Upgrading is highly recommended.
  2. G0 X254.863 could put you on the rail (limit switch) if your machine is a 300mmx300mm one. I do not know anything about your machine except that a 40w head is huge, so I am guessing here.
  3. I see you are using Absolute Coords, which is a good choice for most projects.
  4. I do not see anything else in your program that would indicate a problem. It appears to be a simple approximate 80mmx100mm box.

Ahhh okay, so it is just me hitting the stop button?

Only you can answer that. If it is the EStop button, most of them have to be rotated to unlock.

Alarm 3 Lock out.gc (3.3 MB)

Hello good day, I had got this just now there. I was wondering if you can help me with it?

There is not much we can tell from the GCode file.

Has it been working for a while?

I have been working for a while now. I would believe I had something to jammed the Longer B1 diodo laser but it is still working.. I just clean my work space and it is working good now.
